Shipping Policy

We deliver the DriftPad to international destinations, partnering with reliable shipping providers.

Processing Time (Business Days)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur for custom orders.

Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days)
Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks. Weekends and public holidays may affect shipment schedules. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number at the email address provided during checkout.

Pre-Sale Orders
For pre-sale items, final delivery timelines will be confirmed once the product is officially launched. These are subject to customs clearance and carrier performance. Tracking details will be shared as soon as the item is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. DCM Works may contact recipients regarding additional tariffs or fees if required.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, quantity, and weight.

Shipping Changes & Cancellation Policy

●       Address changes made before receiving the tracking number are free of charge.

●       No cancellations are allowed after the order is confirmed.

●       Any in-transit logistic changes via the courier partner will incur a $30 fee.

●       If delivery is completed to the original address but the order is rejected, a $100 fee applies.

●       Changes to product color must be requested before dispatch. No changes can be made once the order is shipped.
