Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DCM Works. We take pride in offering innovative, high-quality products like the Drift Pad. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.

Due to the nature of our product and its customization, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.

Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once your order is confirmed, it is considered a final sale.

Order Modification

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, but it was incorrect due to a customer input error, we cannot be held responsible.

To avoid this, please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realize an error, contact us immediately.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:

●       We will confirm delivery status with the shipping carrier. If delivery is confirmed (time, date, and location), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

●       If delivery is not confirmed due to lost tracking or shipment mishandling by the courier, we will coordinate with the delivery partner to resolve the issue. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

We accept claims only if the order is not delivered within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of dispatch. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders.

For products purchased through third-party retailers, returns must be coordinated directly with them.
